Meet Dr. Toft

Dr. Terence Toft has served the greater Oklahoma City area for 35 years. Graduating at the top of his class from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry in 1982, he received several honors, notably the distinguished “Outstanding Senior Student” award for his exceptional clinical skills. Upon graduation, Dr. Toft entered a one year General Practice Residency Program at Scott Air Force Base, Belleville, IL. It was there that he received additional training in the specialties of Prosthodontics, Endodontics, Periodontics, Oral Surgery, Cosmetic Dentistry, Operative Dentistry, and TMJ Therapy. Subsequently, he was transferred to Tinker Air Force Base where he practiced an additional two years in the Air Force.

While in private practice, Dr. Toft has enjoyed working in all disciplines of dentistry and finds that his patients appreciate the fact that nearly all their treatment needs can be completed in one place. His office is equipped with up to date technology including digital x-rays, intra-oral photography, and 3D imaging on site. Dr. Toft has also kept up with the latest treatment techniques such as implant dentistry, soft tissue grafting, bone grafting, as well as other specialized surgical procedures. Dr. Toft’s experience in large and complicated cases in conventional treatments combined with his training in state of the art techniques and treatments offer patients the benefit of multiple disciplines of dentistry being brought together emphasizing each patients specific treatment needs.

Dr. Toft has a love for family, church, and community. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Kim, and four children: Tracy, Lauren, Nathan and Rachael.  He also has two grandchildren, Timothy and Lily who he adores. He has served in numerous positions in his church and community over the years.  As a sports advocate, he coached softball, baseball and wrestling for nearly 15 years while his children were growing up. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, working on the family farm, and of course his favorite work hobby – Dentistry!
